THINGS TO REMEMBER

PLEASE do not sign anything UNTIL you are in front of the NOTARY!

The Notary cannot give you any legal advice or explain

the contents of the documents to you.

 

Any questions need to be directed to your lawyer or

the party asking for the notarization.

PLEASE bring the ORIGINAL documents with you and a photocopy.

 

ALWAYS bring a piece of Government issued ID with your photo on it that is UNEXPIRED! Expired ID cannot be accepted. 

 

THE NAMES MUST MATCH!!! If you have two last names or using a married name that does not match your ID, we will not be able to assist you.

No HEALTH CARDS allowed for ID purposes.  

​

TIME FRAME is usually same day or within 24 hours.  

​
